Meeting Schedule

Board & Annual Meetings

Per Arizona law (ARS §33-1804), all HOA board and member meetings are open to all community members. Board members may not prohibit members from attending, speaking, or recording meetings.

2026 Annual Meeting

Date and location to be announced. Written notice will be provided to all owners 10–50 days in advance per ARS §33-1812. Watch this page or contact the Board.

Board Meetings

Board meetings are held as needed, with 48-hour advance notice to all members. Contact the Secretary to be added to the notice list.

Member Rights at Meetings

All members have the right to attend, speak, and record any HOA meeting. The Board cannot require advance notice of recording or restrict a member's right to participate.

Quorum

Default quorum is 10% of eligible voting members (per ARS §33-1813). Your participation matters — a small community means every vote counts.
